You describe where work slows down — inquiries, bookings, invoices, stock, follow-ups. We read it like engineers, not like a sales call. Five business days after your written intake, you receive the full picture and the exact plan to fix it.
What you receive
- A written assessment — what is actually leaking, where, and why, grounded in your description and your real workflow.
- An annotated map of your current process — the steps, the handoffs, and the exact points where things get lost or done twice.
- A video walkthrough — you can forward it internally without translating anything technical.
- A fixed-scope implementation plan — exact cost, exact timeline, and the acceptance checks we will both use to verify the build.
Three safeguards, in writing
- Credited in full. If you proceed to a build, the €3,000 Diagnostic fee is credited toward it — the Diagnostic fee is not charged twice.
- Refunded in full if there is nothing to fix. If we find nothing worth fixing, the fee is refunded in full and you keep the findings.
- Maximum of 3 Diagnostics per month. Slots are allocated by payment date, so the work stays deep instead of rushed.
What happens after
If the plan makes sense, the build starts from it: a fixed scope from €15,000, 50% invoiced up front, the rest on accepted delivery. Every build ships with its tests, an installation guide, and a recorded handover — you can verify every claim yourself. If the plan does not make sense, you keep the Diagnostic and owe nothing further.
No calls are needed at any point. Everything — the findings, the plan, the terms — arrives in writing.
