Where these numbers come from
Every row is one run of the booking-flow grader — a real fetch of a real page, graded on eight checks. The grader stores exactly four things per run: the time, a one-way hash of the address (so repeats never double-count and no address is ever kept), the grade, and the score. Nothing else exists to publish, so nothing else is published.
- No estimates. If the number isn't in the store, it isn't on this page.
- No bought data. No panels, no scraped lists, no "industry reports".
- No addresses. Graded sites can't be identified from anything we keep — by design, not by policy.
Why it matters
Nobody publishes what small-business websites actually fail at, measured live. Everyone publishes opinions. This index is the opposite: small, honest, and growing every time someone grades a site.
