The booking cost calculator
What does the manual way actually cost — the admin hours, the double-booked slots, the no-shows? Move the sliders to your own numbers. Every assumption is yours to see and change. Nothing here is tracked or sent anywhere — the math runs in your browser.
Your numbers
Rough guesses are fine — you will see instantly what each one changes.
The monthly cost of the manual way
—
The math, in the open
Three lines, nothing hidden:
admin = admin-hours × 4.33 weeks × hour-worth
broken slots = broken per month × appointment value
no-shows = no-shows × (1 − your reminder assumption) × appointment value
We multiply nothing by a magic percentage and we do not compare you to any benchmark — there is no honest one for your business. The number above is built from your inputs only, and the reminder slider is the single assumption in the whole page, clearly marked as yours.
What a scheduling system does with this: it takes the admin hours down to near zero (the calendar does the work), it makes double-bookings structurally impossible (a slot cannot be given twice), and it sends the reminders that your slider assumes. What remains after that is the number you see above — that is the size of the problem a system has to justify itself against, and now you know it in euros, in your own numbers.
